This app is really good! Been using it for many years when my karaoke placed made the change from books to app. Used to work amazingly. Now I can't scroll pass the S section in my favorites. Been an issue for more than 2 years. Please fix it....

I love the fact that I can view the entire song library from my phone, so I don't have to leaf through the books that may or may not be falling apart or dirty. However, I never can get my phone connected to the heal sonic system, so I cannot take advantage of the "setting up a queue" system. However, for not having to go through a book alone this makes it one of my favorite apps whenever I go to karaoke.

I like the app because I can save songs, look them up easy, blah blah....that gives it some decency BUT I can never use it. I've been to round 1s in Michigan, Washington, even one where they only used heal sonic and still can't connect.what is the point? Most places have the book....just use that and save the space on your phone UNLESS you have to type it manually

Update: The app only gets worse with every update. The search function doesn't work at all, and it erased all of my favorites. You used to be able to still search songs even if you weren't connected to a Heal sonic network; seems like that isn't possible anymore. If they ever really make improvements to the app I'll update my stars, but so far they've only lost stars.

App connection to room system is random at best. Songs added to the app queue don't actually display on the TV's. What does "Send Request" even mean, and why is that button a different style than the "Insert as Next Song" button? Pair this with the unresponsive physical remote buttons, and you have a perfectly unusable karaoke experience. My first attempt using this at the Round 1 arcade in Towson, MD will be my last. Korea and Japan have done karaoke rooms for decades without issues. Got gud.

They removed at least 100 of my favorite songs! I'm so upset! I don't have anything to sing at karaoke anymore. I hate your for making this decision. Bring back buck-tick, dir en gray, D'espairsray, gazette, and all the rest of Jrock!
