Health Connect View

Health Connect stores the data your watch, scale and fitness apps write — but there is no simple way to look at it. This app is that missing viewer.

WHAT IT DOES

• A dashboard of the figures you care about, one day at a time
• Browse every data type Health Connect supports, from steps and sleep to blood pressure and VO₂ max
• Every record with its exact time, value and the app that wrote it
• Chart trends by day, week, four weeks or year
• Sleep and workouts shaded behind the day's charts, so a peak has an explanation
• Each workout with its heart rate, speed and height in one chart, breaks found and left out, and its route if you allow it
• Sleep stages for every night your watch records them, beside the night's heart rate, breath rate, SpO₂ and HRV
• A cycle overview: every cycle of a year side by side, aligned on day one, with bleeding, ovulation tests and temperature, also as a calendar and a tile — only what was recorded, nothing predicted
• Trend arrows on the dashboard, comparing the last week with your 30-day average
• Streaks: how many days in a row you met your goal or were active, and the year's longest
• How each reading was taken: blood glucose fasting or after a meal, blood pressure seated or at the wrist, and with which device
• Arrange tiles by dragging, metric or imperial units, blood glucose in mmol/L or mg/dL, charts described for screen readers
• Back up your dashboard and settings to a file and restore them on a new phone

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

This app has no internet permission. Not "we promise not to upload anything" — Android itself prevents it from making any network connection at all. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

It is read-only: it can display your health data but cannot change or delete it. Nothing is written to disk unless you export it yourself, so uninstalling removes everything. Routes are read only if you allow it, and drawn without a map.

YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE

Permissions are requested one data type at a time, and nothing is selected by default. Allow only what you want to see, and change your mind whenever you like in Health Connect settings.

ACCURATE TOTALS

When several apps record the same thing — a phone and a watch both counting steps — their records overlap. This app uses Health Connect's own aggregation to remove duplicates, so daily totals are not double-counted, and it tells you when more than one app contributed.

Health Connect stores no link between a workout and the readings taken during it. Where this app shows a session's statistics, it says plainly that they are matched by time.

PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION

Everything above is free and stays free. Pro is a single in-app purchase that unlocks:

• CSV export — any data type as a spreadsheet: every record with its source app, or deduplicated daily totals. The app keeps no copy.
• PDF reports — any figure's daily totals for any period, and for your doctor: blood pressure graded with morning and evening averages, weight, resting heart rate and blood glucose, alone or all in one.
• Larger tiles — the week, four weeks or the year as a number, a chart or both, last night's stages, or your latest workouts with a curve of your choice.
• The year as a calendar, one shade per day, with the average of each weekday.
• What changed this week, on coloured strips that show how unusual it was.
• This month beside the same month last year, on one chart.
• Sleep rhythm: how regular your bedtimes and wake times are.
• One kind of workout across the year: speed or pace and heart rate.
• Several tiles per figure, tile colours, body composition, two figures on one time axis, routes as GPX files.
• Every future Pro feature, with no further charge.

Purchases follow your Google account to a new phone.
