Simple application for regular tracking and recording of vital health parameters: - Body weight - Blood pressure - Blood sugar - Cholesterol - any custom added parameters
Features: - add, modify, delete single record - list historical records - draw observations charts - export/import data - metric and imperial units - custom set of observations
Application aimed to prevent or keep under control different chronic diseases like heart and vascular disease, diabetes, overweight etc. The records can be exported to (imported from).csv file located in the folder "healthdiary" at external storage. For exporting/importing data go to the appropriate observations page and click Export (Import) from menu options.

Like this app so far. Simple and friendly GUI. Set up is one time thing and from then onwards it is easy to input data. A couple of suggestions. If the graph can show lines of preferred range it will help users to find our which data points are outside the range. Also, my back-up from feature is disabled. How can I use the feature backup from? I want to back up from my Google Drive.

Thank you, Developers!!!! Health Diary is exactly what I've been looking for, seems like forever. Are plans underway for a Premium edition? It's disappointing to benefit from someone's good work without being able to offer some $ in return. There are plenty of vitals logging applications, yet mysteriously, seems there are no others that allow customizing the vitals' data set. Are the developer(s) available for Q&A sessions? I'm likely to need help as I create my custom diary. Beg pardon if such currently is the case... I'm pretty new in this area. So far, it looks like I'll be able to put this amazing app to work without help, but if I run into a configuration snag, hope someone can help me along? I am not clever enough to do my own programming and so value Health Diary tremendously. Again, Thank You All! Stan

Does not allow adding full lipid profile 1. All important lipid parameters must be there like Total cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol.

Not worth the time to download App kept stopping. While entering Personal Data, at weight entry, the app stopped. For five out of five attempts. Don't waste your time. The point it actually stops is when I try to change from Kg to Lbs.

Pretty basic app. Got it just because it seems to be the only app that permits to add custom parameters. Still way to go. Multi-user, graphs are needed
