Can't sign in with my own credentials that I used on the website that told me to get this app because it says to link my account then I click on the link, and it takes me to a page that doesn't work. The website won't show me my mail and the app can't link my case automatically using the same thing I used to sign into the website version.

Changed my 5 start to 1 star. App feels worthless now. The app is now super slow and when I needed to find a new provider, submitted the info, hit search and watched a silly design spin and spin and spin. 25 minutes later it's still spinning!

The states "peak website" and "health first Colorado" do not provide up-to-date information in regards to coverage and the peak website doesn't update information for profiles as well as no response from technical support regarding these issues. I AM AT THE DENTIST ON A WORK DAY AND I'm JUST NOW LEARNING I DON'T HAVE COVERAGE WHEN HEALTH FIRST COLORADO CLEARLY SAYS I DO. I could have allocated my resources and time to provide for my self instead my Health is going to have to come second 🥈
