Great to have all your hospital info in one place including appointments and test results. I wish it showed your UR number in an obvious place in the home screen.

Once you're familiar with all the features, it's fantastic. You can view test results and upcoming appointments, receive your Drs certificate, and much more. If anyone gives a lower score of 4/5, they are having trouble with the technology (like me until I get familiar with it), not the app.

It gives me a notification that I have an old version of the app on my smartphone and that I need to update it to continue to use it, I return to the app store to update it, but all it lets me do is open it as normal, I don't know what to do, any help would be great, thanks.

It tells me my current version is out of date & needs to be updated. So when I go to update it, there is nothing there to say update. Just uninstall or open. I tried both & still it keeps telling me I need to update. It needs looking into.

Downloaded and won't let me create an account. Just keeps refreshing log in page. App is up-to-date. Cache cleared. Installed and re-installed. Useless

Tells me my password is incorrect, when it's not, but I change it anyway. Go back to log in and again tells me password is wrong.
