It gives me a notification that I have an old version of the app on my smartphone and that I need to update it to continue to use it, I return to the app store to update it, but all it lets me do is open it as normal, I don't know what to do, any help would be great, thanks.

It tells me my current version is out of date & needs to be updated. So when I go to update it, there is nothing there to say update. Just uninstall or open. I tried both & still it keeps telling me I need to update. It needs looking into.

Try to log in and get the error that it needs to be updated. I'm on the latest version available, but it still says it needs an update. Re-installed but get the same message.

It was working well. Now it's saying it needs an update & won't let me access it without updating the app. The only thing is there are no updates available, so it appears to be some kind of bug. I've uninstalled it & reinstalled it, but it still keeps asking for an update. Now, it's not letting me access any of my appointment times.
