L find the health app, l use for doctor appointments great, never had any appointment changed on me, due to any errors made by Medical Clinic themselves. A reliable app l have had no issues with, no crashing of the app, just personal info l had issues updating email address, easily the best app in Australia, for booking appointments for GP, l have used others that have not been good, where l have concern. L definitely give a 5 star on this. They could update amount of clinics in regional towns.

Booked 30 mins long consultation, but it only booked default 15 mins and when get into clinic for the appointment they said did not receive long consultation booking, and fully booked so cannot adjust -- suspect the app actually does not differentiate despite giving options misleading patients. Please be honest, it is not life death situation, but it is important

Was 5 stars but dropped to 1 when it started to automatically take over my e scripts. Due to poor pop up formatting I was unable to access my script. None of the suggested workarounds resolved the issue. I could not reduce the pop-up widow to even read it all. Not even a forced stop. I had to uninstall the app to access my e-script.

The app automatically will open scripts for you whether you want to or not, and because it requires a password it is an absolute pain trying to access my scripts at the pharmacy. Turning it off does nothing. I had to uninstall the app simply so that I could access my scripts again via my phone's browser.

Quite frightening really, you are very reluctant to prescribe painkillers and that's all around Australia for people in real pain. You look at America, and they sell codeine in supermarkets!!! Sad to see Australia not helping people in real pain. With Australia how they made paracetamol-codeine on prescription only in Australia is inconsiderate to those in real pain, not only that, it's significantly cruel.
