HealthForYou is your fitness tracking app that enables you to use the functionalities of your wearable to track your activity. With its core functionality to help you track your steps and stay connected, HealthForYou is your perfect companion device app to make sure you stay active, healthy and connected.
The activity area helps you to make sure that you walk enough steps every day and that your body moves enough. You also have the option to enable smartphone alerts for your activity tracker. This will give you call and SMS alerts as well as notifications from your messenger services directly to your tracker so you can stay connected throughout the day.
In addition you can also monitor your: - Blood pressure - Temperature - Weight - Water intake - Sleep - Oxygen saturation
This way, hand-written notes about optimum blood pressure or weight are a thing of the past.

If you set it up properly, it is accurate enough, if I say I'm very active it gives me a body fat of 8% if I say I'm fairly active it gives 13%, I've checked my fat in the gym on the vey expensive scales, thumbs up from me👍

Absolutely rubbish, never updates weight unless you reconnect via Bluetooth but even then struggles to find the scales. Not fit for purpose

Not receiving activation e-mail. Device add requiring 2 pin inputs is beyond stuped. Trying to add a scale, and it is a disaster.

The scale does not connect to the app. I get also error message when opening phone that the app is too old, but there is no new app.
