★★★★★ Good app. Easy to use. Well in medicines availability. Doctor's consultation is available for free treatment and to earn the signed prescription. But Rs.50/- extra charge in COD / POD payment method is unbearable and burden for buyer. This charge is totally punishment to maintain instead of discount. Customer care helpline all services are worse. Whereas helpline phone service is most essential to hear any issue of buyer.

★★☆☆☆ Any app that tries to trick the customer does get caught some day! Health mug was ok till I reached the payment gateway where unlike any other medicine app., they cheekily added extra 50 bucks simply because it was a COD order. I ordered the same me dines on another app. As COD again and there were no freaky charges, so the amount was lower and the delivery was much faster. Plus the delivery on Health mug was too delayed. Not a good app, to be honest!

★★☆☆☆ Wrost app ever, too delayed delivery order cancelled itself without any cancellation request, no response on help desk or customer care ! Highly not recommended
