Description
Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through the use of gamification and rewards, users are encouraged to sign up for in-app challenges and health programmes to earn Healthpoints. The app seamlessly pairs with fitness tracking devices to help users log their daily steps count and amount of time spent on active exercises. Users can also scan QR codes via the app to earn Healthpoints when they purchase healthier meals, drinks and groceries from participating partners.

Started using to track my health. Can help to improve the "log your meal" feature by having protein count. I like that it tracks sodium and sugar, having protein count would also give a full picture of the diet routine as well.

Just like the other users, after the latest update my app only displays "Sync error, tap for help" and "Try again". Although it could sync my steps and MVPA, it could not sync my sleep. Please resolve this issue.

Can't sync with my Fitbit device as the app is now Google Health. Please do something about it.

Sometimes Healthy 365 does not sync well with Garmin wearable devices. It happened to me and my wife. For example, the steps are not tallying with the Garmin Connect data. We need to perform multiple syncs on Garmin Connect and Healthy 365 apps to tally all the data. Whereas, the hiSG app (part of the HPB project) automatically syncs data and has always worked extremely well with the Garmin wearable device. It seems the Health 365 app is having difficulty in getting data from Garmin Connect

Doesn't sync the steps at all or accurately. Encourage us to be healthy and clock steps but yet so many problems syncing. So many years and the problem still the same
