Will be nice to improve QR scanner, it is a hit or miss when scanning NTUC, sometimes no matter how straight, near or far the scanner just don't work, and mind you it is not my phone problem. Samsung s24 ultra

It has been great, but recently there have been a lot of issues syncing to my watch. It keeps saying "error has occurred". Refreshing and re-syncing doesn't help. Can you please fix it? I've lost quite a number of days' worth of points I could've had received.

Started using to track my health. Can help to improve the "log your meal" feature by having protein count. I like that it tracks sodium and sugar, having protein count would also give a full picture of the diet routine as well.

Fitbit's data not able to sync. Google health captures all the data from Fitbit, but is not able to sync with Healthy 365. Could it be due to the retirement of the Fitbit app and replaced with the Google Health App? Please verify and update the backend. Thanks

The free fitness tracker isn't detecting steps or MVPA or sleep no matter how long I walk or exercise or sleep when wearing it. I have exchanged it at signpost, and it still won't work. Useless.

There's always problem with syncing the records completely. The watch and samsung health clearly shows that there are 7000 steps (for example) but the 365 app will only sync 6000 steps. It's really frustrating.

Stop showing me the Something went wrong message! It's been appearing since 20 Aug. Cannot scan qr code or do anything for that matter smh
