Every time I try to sign in it makes me reset my password. And then you have to use this password they send you with upper and lower case letters and numbers. It's easier to change the password for my visa card than this.

It is difficult to navigate the site, and it really does not like to let you log on on the first attempt! Why does it require you to type everything in each time you log in, and refuse to use any saved information? I also have the app give me false approval of items when scanning for purchase.
