The Healthy Life app aims, through advice and information, to help you acquire new routines or healthy living habits in your day-to-day life and improve or enhance those you may already have.

It also informs and advises you to fight against several of the great scourges that affect modern societies of the 21st century:
-The obesity
-Sedentary lifestyle
- Anorexia and bulimia.

You will find information and advice on healthy lifestyle habits to follow:
- Balance diet
- Avoid toxic habits: tobacco, alcohol and drugs
- Physical exercise
- Hygiene
- Mental balance
- Social activity

You will be able through several tests to calculate:
-Calculate your Body Mass Index
-Calculate calories consumed while walking
-Calculate your basal metabolism and the calories you need to lose or gain weight
-Calculate your ideal weight
-Calculate your biological age and life expectancy

You will find in the Healthy Life app tips on how to create a new habit or routine. Various studies tell us that it takes about 21 days to acquire a new habit. Challenge yourself, choose the habit you like the most and make it a reality.

Finally, the Healthy Life app incorporates daily routines that we suggest you follow and a calendar to make it easier for you to organize pending tasks and follow-up.
