I love this app. Everything that this particular lady said to me was so true. I didn't tell her anything. She told me things only me and a specific person talked about. I'm trying to redeem my points, and it isn't showing anything I can redeem them for so this is pointless. Checking in daily (spinning the wheel) mostly gets you discounts which isn't helpful the majority of the time. When you ask the advisors follow-up questions, and you tell them you can't join a Live chat, they won't answer your question and tell you to join anyway. Customer support in the app isn't helpful either.

Reading was a joke and still waiting for a refund. Person told me she saw something exciting asked her what, and she repeated the comment again, and I asked her again what and then went on to state something else and didn't answer one question I had. She should be kicked off the app!
