Hearing Clear: Amp & Record

Hearing Clear is a real-time sound amplifier for your headphones. It turns your phone into a hearing amplifier that picks up the sound around you and plays it back louder and clearer in your ears.

Plug in wired headphones or connect Bluetooth earbuds, press Start, and Hearing Clear captures sound through the microphone, boosts it instantly and sends it straight to your ears.

IMPORTANT
• Headphones or earbuds are required, otherwise you will hear feedback (echo or whistling).
• Hearing Clear is a general-purpose sound amplification tool. It is not a hearing aid or a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have any concern about your hearing, please consult a healthcare professional.
• Listening at a high volume for a long time can damage your ears. Please use moderate amplification levels.
• Only record where you are allowed to and always respect the privacy of the people around you.

Hearing Clear works as a sound amplifier, hearing amplifier, microphone amplifier and listening device for headphones: amplify voices at a distance, boost quiet sounds, use the equalizer to hear speech more clearly, and record what you amplify.

Recent changes:
• Faster, smoother start — audio and file work no longer blocks the screen, so the app stays responsive when you turn on amplification or open your recordings.
• Fixed a layout bug on the upgrade screen where the discount label could cover the price.
• General bug fixes and stability improvements.
