I received my new Omni 2 aids yesterday. After speaking with Liam awhile ago, and getting his help, I am already in awe of these devices. They do need a slight tweak, and then I believe they will be perfect.

App works OK once running but latest version has a privacy prompt every time I launch it, so it takes extra clicks to get to mode selection. Privacy prompts should be once and done for each app revision not each app launch.

App worked until today. Version is 5.3.0 Somehow a new version was downloaded to my phone within the last 24 hours. I use it daily. It forced me to review & accept their privacy policy. Then, when I tried to connect to my aids, it would not connect to my L one. I ended up having to re-pair them to my phone. And of course, it had no remembrance of making me go through the privacy policy. NOT TESTED PROPERLY. The volume change feature did not wor

This is a really poor app. In my opinion Spec savers' business model regarding hearing aids is a con! They will try to make you dependent on their products and their poorly trained "audiologists". Just my opinion based on my experience.

My last review was regarding not being able to connect my hearing aid app with my S22. I upgraded to The S23 Ultra for my hearing aids, good for a year. Now not compatible with the S24 Ultra. Spent $1200 for the needed benefit, worked until recently. Again hearing aid support informed me that There was another update with Samsung, and now My S24 Ultra does not work with the App again due to Update, no longer compatible. What's the point of having a flagship phone and can't hear it! Help!
