★★★★★ I shop regularly on Hebe app, but could be better, sometimes slow, loading for a long time during checkout, showing some errors when trying to see saved items/cart. But never had a problem with delivery, and they always have some promotions.

★★☆☆☆ I wad given a discount code as a new user, but couldn't use it despite adding it few times in this app before the payment, it said I could use it online over certain amount, my shipping was more than that threshold- but not true. Shame

★★☆☆☆ Be careful while ordering from hebe online store. I have placed an order for two products, and they sent only one product. I am following up with them from last two months; still no refund and no proper response. I do not recommend.

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst exprinces on online shopping - prolonging the delivery by double as it should - customer service via phone is a joke "auto answer then hang up after 3 seconds" - via chat always busy literally whole day, I doubted they even hire someone to do customer service or just as a show! - via email, same story no answer! They tell you, u will receive your order today same-day delivery! "It's another lie". 😅
