It used to work well, but lately I have to update this app almost EVERY DAY!! Not helpful at all if the app won't open when I need it to work and then still have to wait and manage the update!

Heidi went loopy and wouldn't allow me to sign in on my android phone on a day full of clients. It only saves you time if it works. In my opinion, it is too dangerous to rely on. That being said, I use the free version. Possibly, the paid for version works better? When you can sign in, it's a good program.

Keeps sending the same notifications of a note being generated or failing. Keeps logging out and/or stopping the recording mid-session.
