They are really nice cameras, and they also have good view out in daytime or night. The App is easy to locate and install.

The camera works good most of the time, but sometimes it freezes and won't allow me to log in. After several attempts It sends an error code that says that the system has timed out which I find frustrating. However, the company has a very good customer support that respond to your questions and provide you with the assistance that you need.

Review Edit: This is possibly the worst camera and app system I have ever used. The camera disconnects from the base station daily. I have to redo the set-up daily. Easy to set up, improvement needed. Features such as rotating the image 180° for those who have installed the camera to a soffit (upside down) are missing. Motion detection works, and push notifications work too.

Here's a list of issues that I encountered: - the camera doesn't connect to the base unit when it's farther than 40 feet. - the base unit drops the connection to the cameras on a daily basis. - the time on the base unit and the cameras is out by an hour. - the cameras don't record most motion detections. - any recording don't show any motion in playback. - the HeimSmart app crashes frequently.

Data acquisition failed, randomly for over 12 hours. Contacted support:"Sorry due to a server error, it has now been fixed. Please log in again." Able to log in an access camera for a few hours but again was logged out with the same problem "data acquisition failed" or "request timeout". Camera was purchased to monitor baby during naps n throughout the night. This is not reliable. And causes more stress than ease. Camera had an update, motion/sound detection notifications won't turn on. Awesome
