Installed and registered..but cant acces loan..only say loan status not approved..boring

At first it worked well for me, but it kept showing that I still owed the amount yet I had paid it. I paid the said amount several times and now it is showing i have cash credited to me, 1600 that I can't access. I can't also get any loan since it is not responding. I have chatted your offices via the app an I haven't got any response either. So frustrating. But I do expect a response here. I still believe you are trying to do a good job
