This platform tries to be modern, but in other galaxies they still need a printed prescription. Unfortunately, that's no longer an option. Internet may exist for a long time, but still nothing works as it should.

My actual 13th reason why. It's tedious and painful to do all the steps needed to log in (still not logged in they app broke on me :/) I can't believe doctors depend on this. I'm 19 years old and this ID complicated I can't imagine what It is like for older patients :/

Terrible - never able to log in. Web is better, but even there, I'm often not able to log in.
