Things were great until I needed to contact customer service. That part was difficult, def not convenient at all. Most of my experience was pleasant until it was the second month... At sign up the advertisement said this was free and the "free" plan earned cloud points. So I transferred my number ove. 3rd month it about $3. Understandable. Well then I got my purse stolen. Clearly needed a new phone and wallet ... I lost service & my number before I received my new phone. Unimpressed.

Scam alert! They are shutting down the free plan June 11. So this proves they were just fishing to get people to sign up for free and then forcing you to go to their $15 plan.

False Advertising. This app claims that even if your payment is late you still have cellular data connection, but it's *throttled* Mind you this is different from the ability to make calls which works fine. But I had a late payment, and they completely disconnected my cellular data service. Like how am I supposed to pay my bill. Today I had a medical emergency and no Wi-Fi --borrowed a frien phone and took care of it was a frustrating experience. I called them out on it, and they flat out denied it.

Unable to use the Internet while on a phone call. Customer support is worthless. Have to use the app for support, no phone number for support, and they take 12 hours between replies. 2 weeks and still no one is able to help. Keep getting passed to different agents who keep asking the same questions. Cheap phone service, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect support if you have a problem. If that's important to you then you might want to pass on Helium
