When u tell me my maximum amount limit is 25000, when I want to deposit money and an honest money. What's your alternative to, or for that. !!! Second question, why is it that my wallet advance doesn't allow me to withdraw the money, to have cash in hand, My advance wallet does tell me, it's either, you use the money for vouchers or to send

I have been waiting for my money since yesterday that was deposited at Shop Rite, the money l was supposed to get in minutes now it's 24 hours l called the customer service they told me to wait for 48 hours seriously which means l have to wait for 72 hours to get my money l was supposed to get in minutes am not happy about this, don't they have a way to fix it in while l called them yesterday and today but no they don't get it

Worse customer service ever. I have been waiting for over an hour for assistance. It tells you that you are number 45 in line, then as soon as you are number 2 or 3 it waits at 0 minutes for almost 30 more minutes. The agents are also not too useful. The application itself is so slow constantly wanting to be reloaded when chatting with an agent. Not to mention, they said the card supports international payment e.g. amazon payments.....my aws account straight out rejects it, when I called they...
