Not sure who gave them the rights of collecting users' FULL ID info. It's totally inappropriate and unnecessary. What if the system is being hacked? Users could fall victims of crimes from stolen bank accounts to fake passports. Do you EVEN Realize what risks you have exposed your users to?? Are you going to take full responsibility if their info is being leaked?

1) Clunky UI. Written in Chinese and badly translated to English. 2) Cheapskate company. Some female clients would request for a female fitness trainer, but not specify it. Then after placing a quote to them, your quote would obviously be rejected. Hello Toby will not refund you. 3) Regardless of how skillful or experienced you are, 90% of people using this platform will only look at the price quoted. Avoid this company.
