★★★★★ This app is quite friendly user and easy to use. You get quotes related to the service you offered quite easy, and you get quotes almost every day. It saves you time and effort to look for customers to get your service, and you get the option to take or reject taking the offer. Also, it saves you time and probably investments on producing other advertising materials like flyers or advertisements on Google. I would recommend using this app!
★★★★★ Hello Toby is the largest service platform in Hong Kong providing a professional, reliable, and convenient online solution for freelancers, SMEs and local merchants to connect with an abundance of potential customers.
★★☆☆☆ Not sure who gave them the rights of collecting users' FULL ID info. It's totally inappropriate and unnecessary. What if the system is being hacked? Users could fall victims of crimes from stolen bank accounts to fake passports. Do you EVEN Realize what risks you have exposed your users to?? Are you going to take full responsibility if their info is being leaked?
★★☆☆☆ 1) Clunky UI. Written in Chinese and badly translated to English. 2) Cheapskate company. Some female clients would request for a female fitness trainer, but not specify it. Then after placing a quote to them, your quote would obviously be rejected. Hello Toby will not refund you. 3) Regardless of how skillful or experienced you are, 90% of people using this platform will only look at the price quoted. Avoid this company.
★★☆☆☆ Rubbish app if a customer can view your quote you lose credit this is rubbish
