Transportar y montar tus compras de IKEA va a ser más fácil que nunca, un Vanner de nuestra plataforma lo hará por ti de forma rápida y profesional. HelloVan conecta transportistas registrados previamente en la plataforma con clientes de IKEA para transportar sus compras, montar sus muebles o retirar algún mueble usado y depositarlo en el punto limpio más cercano. HelloVan es fácil de usar, profesional y rápidos gracias a su simple sistema para calcular el servicio y contactar directamente con el transportista justo después de hacer la reserva.
· El perfil del Vanner: Cada transportista tiene un perfil social verificado ya que somos nosotros quien los da de alta en la plataforma, permitiendo conocer información útil antes de hacer una reserva para solicitar sus servicios ( fotos del vehículo, matrícula, fotos de perfil, valoraciones, capacidad del vehículo,..)
· Las opiniones: HelloVan quiere crear una comunidad de confianza con millones de opiniones (los clientes de IKEA que utilicen el servicio podrán valorar el servicio del vanner haciendo posible construir un servicio de calidad y confianza on-line).
· La calculadora de precio: HelloVan calcula automáticamente un precio por cada servicio en función de los kilómetros de distancia entre el establecimiento IKEA de compra y el domicilio de entrega, además de la cantidad de compra. El servicio de montaje se calculará en función del tiempo de montaje.
· Servicio RESERVA: En la reserva de este servicio el usuario calculará el coste del servicio y el mismo decidirá que transportistas le llevará la compra, eligiendo una franja horaria de entrega a partir del día siguiente.
· Servicio AHORA (Express): En el servicio Ahora el cliente solicitará un transportista al momento según la disponibilidad y la cercanía al establecimiento donde ha efectuado la compra el cliente.
· El mapa: Busca en el mapa de forma fácil y divertida la dirección de tu casa o lugar de entrega para calcular el coste del envío, si no también puedes meter la calle manualmente y localizarla rápidamente.

The idea for the service is absolutely great. I wish it were easier to do simulations for other small moves from point A to point B. I'm sure it's possible but other than the move from an IKEA store, it's difficult to get prices. I'll edit if I find a way to do it. Keep working on it, it's a great concept.

Complete waste of time. Useless app, it happens. As a solution Offered to pay cash on the spot but refused, just wasted about an hour trying to make the app work while standing inside IKEA while kids wait in a car but no luck whatsoever. IKEA in murcia is useless but this company is suited useless partner. Poor staff looks helpless and doesn't know what to do about useless app. CEO needs training on how to run a small company. Extremely disappointing...

Unable to change order on app or to contact anyone. Except through info at hello app. Never said what was happening to old furniture when I was booking. So when they arrived refused to take furniture. Said it was trash. Eventually paid drivers 80 euros to get rid of furniture. This was on top of the 48 euros I had already paid. App ok. service from start to finish useless.

2 major flaws: 1. Can't modify a Hello van order that has been made on the app and 2. The app should specifically ask for your Ikea order number during the ordering process. The Hello van customer service team was very helpful.
