The last version is way better, but there's always a room for improvements, for example, sometimes I get a notification even when I've already saw the reply, or I'm in the same thread.

**Update, the support received regarding the issues my team and I were having has been fantastic, and all issues resolved! The update to the app and emailed guidance makes it function as normal. Thank you. - original review-This used to be great on my phone, but since the last upgrade emails are not opening, getting blank screens and pages won't refresh. I can no longer be productive.

Thanks for bringing this to Android. Here are my wish list for the app to make this perfect. The ability to move the email to another inbox will truly be a great addition :-) update. Can you please add the ability to hyperlink texts in mobile devices?

Horrible app! Constantly having to delete & re-download just to see customer videos. Will only show the same videos/photos over & over again. SO many other issues as well. I also never get notifications even though my notifications are turned on.

I have to log in almost every time I open the app - very annoying. I would rate higher if this was fixed. I would love if it had an easy way to manage mailboxes (saved replies, workflows, and apps connected to help scout) but it doesn't. It is very limited.

I have the same issue as Dean E. Version 2.1.0 Most of the time you tap on an Android notification it takes you to a blank white screen or says there is a mailbox error. Without working notifications I might as well just browse to the website.
