⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CHECK REVIEW DATES! The app was new and not perfect but better now. I have COPD and this App was a lifesaver for me! I'm on Medicaid and teledoc isn't part of my plan. I could've ended up in the ER without the Help Care Plus app. I waited over an hour before while in distress for EMS to get to me. I live far from town and no public trans. Thank God for the free trial! I was able to get my medicine! Definitely worth the monthly fee for all offered! Thank You All⭐⭐️⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unlimited Dr. Visits with Teledoc. Was slightly difficult since I already had aTeledoc account, however Customer Service walked me through quickly with no issues. I definitely recommend.

Every time I try to log in, it gives me an error. I'm trying to cancel my membership. I had to send an email, so it can be canceled. DO NOT USE THIS APP! There are better ones out there!

Not what it seems, I installed the app after signing up online for help with my healthcare and uti. Once I found out they weren't able to do anything as far as treatment or anything besides tell me to go to a doctor, not even where to go without insurance! I cancelled my trial and membership. Well a few weeks later. I was charged for a months' membership! And on top of it, I only got a snarky email that they would not be reimbursing me despite not using their services at all since the first time
