LOVE LOVE LOVE! So easy to use, fun & so many things I can do with this app. I like that the printer itself came with sticker paper rolls. If you cannot connect it it just takes patience and time, but it will connect, and you got to hold it near your phone. So that the Bluetooth will connect to it. It does all that it says it can do. And they're just now updating it. 🎉☺️

I have now tried to use this app on two separate phones uninstall it reinstalls it, and I even ordered a second printer and this does not work. I had no problem the first time, and now I'm unable to print anything.

Doesn't always print clearly. Won't accept my PDF. It will say turn into PDF, which it already a PDF. I try it another way, the PDF doesn't pop up at all, or it'll say PDF too large, which is crazy because it's only one sheet.

Printer worked fine at first, now it will not connect to my phone no matter what I do. I've disconnected and reconnected multiple times and even though it says it is connected I still get "connection failed message", and it refuses to print anything I try to print. This is so frustrating!!! Please help!!!
