Easy to use app! I have won numerous auctions over the last couple of years. Heritage is my go-to site for the early England coins for the Kings and Queens dating back to 802AD and the Kings of Mercia, Wessex, Northumberland and even back to Roman rule and the Celtic tribes! I've gotten great coins at what I feel are excellent purchases. What's not to love? Colonel Grizzly

I find the app to be very complex and not always easy to navigate. If I'm looking at an item, it's not a simple step to go to the auction that item is in. I imagine with more time it should get easier to find my way around. Heritage is a great Auction house, with absolute diversity of items available. The app is just not very intuitive, and I get frustrated when trying to move about in it...sometimes.

Once I bid on an item, I can never go back and view thar item. The app freezes entirely. I can view any other item, but not the item im bidding on. Extremely frustrating...when can I expect this to be resolved? Im amidst bidding on an item and can't access it via the app? It's terrible

Bad interface, lacks features in browser, and now, worst of all, it simply just hangs on the splash screen, so 100% useless. It typically is slow to load, but now does not load anything other than the logo on a white screen. I would like to have it for notifications on lots I'm watching and bidding on, but it seems to no longer work for me at all. Bad timing, as I have the largest amount of lots I've concurrently ever been bidding on, and watching, with some very important pieces I'm keen for.
