★★★★★ Super workout app with interval training timer for lean muscle building. I love how it integrates a crossfit timer with a tabata timer. Also having a WOD timer and a HIIT timer, makes this app a complete workout program to build abs
★★★★★ Great experience. Easy to configure timers for every crossfit workout. Hero timer has good visibility of the timer on the screen and the round counter to keep track of the rounds of your workout.
★★☆☆☆ The last 3 weeks is horrible!! When entering workout description the app freezes I can't use it!! Please fix the bug
★★☆☆☆ This cut out twice doing the same EMOM. Trash. I'm supposed to send them to my coach. Redid it the first time. Won't be doing it again.
★★☆☆☆ Too limited. If you want to set multi rounds you get hit with ads. Waste too much time.
