Playing this game cash-free for close to 2y, now. I will never win, but I'm having lots of fun. Love the graphics and characters. I especially appreciate the soundtrack. The latest expansion is a stretch, but as long as I don't have to worry about other players trashing my game, I'll accommodate.

Fun game. It has some pretty cool designs and some occasional funny dialogue. Just got 1 tiny request. Maybe sometime soon, rework Judge or Orion? Edit: What's this I keep hearing about selling info to 3rd parties? Edit 2: Well, I think the problems fixed. So now my review is just uh...nice game.

The game itself is pretty good, but the customer support is terrible. I repeatedly don’t receive the advertised 4× Emerald rewards. I clearly explain that I received the regular reward instead of 4×, but they keep asking me to explain what happened. I’m not asking them to explain the promotion—I’m asking them to fix the missing reward unfortunately they never do. Exactly what I'm talking about they want me to repeat it.

Any game with paid "vip" features and $57.99 CAD for passes is an instant 1* for me. Absolutely no reason mobile developers should charge that much when their games don't even match up to anything on steam. I could understand it being a one time purchase and getting the passes for all future events. I'll give my money to lord gaben instead of these predatory money hungry games. And don't bother with some pre-made response about how it's not mandatory. You know full well it's needed to compete.

I had almost 500 hours worth of game time on here, since yesterday the game won't log me on, keeps saying authorization error. I've tried everything to fix it and followed all instructions on the tech support site. Ive contacted you guys on multiple sites. On reddit people are saying they have no problem logging on. Game has always crashed, but this is the worst of it right now. What upsets me most is ive spent time and money on this game and no response on why I can't log in.
