The game is good, I like the concept and mechanic that it resembles PC Moba rather than typical mobile, but sadly, this game has terrible performance, I just log into the game, and it took 20 second to load configuration, but even at home and menu it sometime stuttering(???), let alone in game, sometime I got left alone at base on start because of this, my phone is capable of WR, but this run worse than WR. I've uninstalls the game temporary until you fix it, I hope you fix this on further update.

I love these game it's an of sources copy from other moba game I see my oldest game I used to play Dota, League of Legends. Also from Disney characters and anime characters it's sounds fun when you using the princess characters from Disney. I really enjoyed this game. From 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

Customer Service went radio silent on me for almost 2 months now on Account Recovery. If anyone new is planning to play please don't use the Google Play account since it's the reason I lost my account (You lose the game account if something happens to the Google Play Games account which is not rare btw). I want to like this game, but this is just unacceptable hell my account is even VIP6 for crying out loud. Safe to say my accounts gone now. Wasted my time and money for nothing.

English Do not start this game. There are a lot of bugs here: the same hero with a 1lvl skill can do -500hp or -100hp damage; the skill half of the game does not work, then it turns on; some players use cheats or game boosters; Matchmaking is hellish: 1 out of 10 games can be normal, other bots or low lvl players. Rank system doesn't work. You can't turn off the chat where most players use the worst words to communicate, it's disgusting to see it. P.S. Please fix the game!

The reporting system allows for full abuse of players, if you say something, lose points, if you got gsnked due to laning partner abandoning you lose points, if you have a bad connection you lose points, if you are new and do poorly you lose points, when you lose points you can only play against AI. so whether you play or don't play you will ALWAYS be reported by the rancid player base and lose points and have to play against AI to become whole again. Total abusive predatory style system.
