Good game overall. A few things don't like . Every so often the game won't let me sign in or it won't start properly I thought that the id's were binding. Also in the event section the pirates play area I just hit lvl 50 and even in the first and second play lvl you have people that are lvl 50 to well over lvl 100. So millions in battle rating and I just made it to like 870000+ on my battle rating. Pleas fix with next update. I've played to long to keep dealing with flaws. Evilrabbitdj

Needs to fix 3 things This game is amazing, but I joined a alliance and now everytime I try and go to it and remove myself from it, it says the alliance I'm looking for no longer exists. Also I try to do the monthly card pack that gives diamonds, food, and medal... The one that's $4.99, for a few days now, it's been saying I've already used it which I have not. And one more things, please fix the method of payment, I normally pay from my debit card, but if it gets declined one time, I can never use it again. Please fix these.

Horrible customer service I've had a problem with my account on this game. Unable to log in for the past 7 days. I contacted customer service after the first day, they responded about 4 or 5 hours later. No big deal on that. Well after their response asking me to show them a picture of a purchase, they haven't contacted me in 5 days. That's a bit ridiculous. If I could rate 0 stars I would as I am unable to even play the game and customer service is apparently too busy for me. Now I see why there's only 1700 downloads.
