HeroVPN: WireGuard VPN Proxy

🛡️ HeroVPN — The Simplest WireGuard VPN Proxy

One tap. No account. No logs. HeroVPN is built on WireGuard®, the fastest and most modern VPN protocol, to encrypt your connection and keep your browsing private.

No sign-up, no email, no credit card. Open the app, tap the shield, you're protected.

⚡ WHY WIREGUARD?

WireGuard is a modern VPN protocol with roughly 4,000 lines of code, compared to hundreds of thousands in older protocols like OpenVPN and IPSec. Less code means a smaller attack surface, faster handshakes, and better battery life on Android.

• Up to 3x faster than legacy VPN protocols like OpenVPN and IPSec
• Near-instant reconnect when you switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Lower battery drain than OpenVPN-based VPN apps
• Open source and independently audited — the protocol is peer-reviewed, not proprietary
• HeroVPN is a pure WireGuard VPN proxy. No legacy protocol fallback, no bloat.

🔐 SECURITY & ENCRYPTION

• ChaCha20 for symmetric encryption
• Curve25519 for key exchange
• Poly1305 for authenticated message integrity
• BLAKE2s for hashing
• Kill Switch — blocks all internet traffic the moment the VPN drops, so nothing leaks
• Smart Auto-Reconnect — the Kill Switch retries the tunnel automatically with intelligent backoff
• DNS Leak Protection — all DNS queries go through Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 by default

🔒 PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY

• No account required — HeroVPN never asks for an email, phone number or password
• Zero activity logs — we do not track, store, or sell your browsing data
• No tracking of the sites you visit or the apps you use
• Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 DNS by default — fast, private DNS resolution
• Open-source WireGuard protocol — auditable by anyone

📊 SEE WHAT YOUR VPN IS DOING

Most free VPN proxy apps show you a button and nothing else. HeroVPN shows you the connection.

• Network Monitor — instantly detects internet loss and alerts you
• Connection History — every session logged locally with date, duration and server
• Server quality indicator with live ping

📱 DESIGNED FOR MODERN ANDROID

Fixed a bug where some users could get stuck with a "Connection Error" and never reconnect. Ads, purchases, and other in-app requests no longer route through the VPN tunnel.
