It's an awesome app! The map is very helpful showing where I am and attractions, so I can find the path to get to them quickly. Appreciate the ability to locate food, ride, and more with a touch. Also, the description of rides and height requirements. Lastly, the ability to find attraction open hours, my tickets and many others helpful, fun functions. I use it when I'm at the park and at home to plan my Hershey experiences!

We had a BLAST at Hershey Park Pennsylvania!! First time there every staff member were very helpful. Ride times were very accurate in the Hershey app. The water park area was amazing very alert and attentive lifeguards. They were on their job making sure all ages were safe and following the rules of the water Park. The prices for food was not bad and the quantities were ample for the price. Many local people had their wagons full of what they needed and that was not a problem for the Park.

Last round of updates from December has impacted the app where it glitches and closes within a few seconds of opening.

The app does not work. It freezes as soon as it opens and doesn't display any info, only a white screen and subsequently closes.

Still totally unreliable. Reporting rides closed or open incorrectly, and time estimates are totally fabricated. Waited over 40 minutes in a supposedly 5 minutes line. Times that are posted on the digital boards outside of rides don't even match, even closely, with the times inside the app. Impossible to use this to plan. Don't publish ride times if they are totally false.
