Very easy to navigate. This was our 1st time at Hershey Park. The app was super helpful and the fact that it has GPS made it so much better to get around! It tracks everything you need and then some. I especially appreciate the accuracy of line wait times. It saved us a ton of time knowing which rides had shorter wait times, so we got the most out of our 1 day here.

doesn't load. Keeps telling me to connect when im on Wi-Fi. Starts spinning goes to white screen and keeps saying connection issues. Tried uninstalling and redownloading. On Wi-Fi vs network. None of them worked. Website doesn't have the information I'm looking for with the rides.

DOESN'T WORK! The app opens to the main screen, then goes blank (white). I work in IT & nothing I did would get the app to work!

The app won't stay open!! Has bugs needs fixing before the Park opens for the Summer 2026.
