I NEVER write reviews on games. For this, I will. I have generalized anxiety disorder and take multiple medications to manage it. Despite this, I still experience random anxiety. This game definitely helps me mid-anxiety attack. I spent the couple dollars on the ad free version. I highly recommend this game to distract your mind and calm down. It's challenging enough to keep your mind busy but not hard enough to increase the panic.

I regret paying for the ad-free version of this game because it's not actually ad-free if you want to progress. Spending tons of time on one level trying to guess an abstract shape configuration isn't stress-free, either. There are a few easy levels, and then they made it so difficult that you "have to" watch an ad or two (the high volume obnoxious kinds) just to get a clue of how to complete the puzzle. They're abstract! Total waste of money.

Creates anxiety. I Turn sound off. After 3 games it suddenly starts playing an ad for a shooting game with full sound even though I turned sound off. Super loud. Really awkward. Find something else. If a game is touted at helping with anxiety but clearly has no respect for people with anxiety, you can be sure there's probably more nefarious things about the app that you can't see. I recommend uninstalling

ADHD looking for games to help shut my brain off for sleep. This came up. It makes my brain more active so can't sleep. Less sleep = bad for anxiety so don't play befor bed if you have ADHD.
