Game Details: The primary goal of Hex Puzzle is to accumulate as many points as possible. Points are earned by placing pieces on the board, with bigger pieces giving you more points. When you fill a line (in any of the three possible directions), it gets removed from the field. The more lines you remove at once, the more points you score. After placing all pieces, new pieces are generated. The game ends when no more options remain for placing the current pieces.
How to Play? Playing Hex Puzzle is simple and intuitive: ✅ Place Pieces: Select a piece from the preview and drag it to the desired location on the board. Pieces can only be placed on empty cells.
✅ Score Points: Your current points are displayed on the left, while your high score is shown on the right.

Typically, excellent game from this typically excellent developer. Very enjoyable, minimal ads' intrusion. One significant issue, however, is that the sensitivity/responsiveness is often awry and so frequently tiles land other than where intended - occasionally disastrously so. Not sure that a better placement manner is possible, so perhaps an 'undo' function could be incorporated. (Perhaps with limited usage for insistent 'purists' - 5 per round or something perhaps?) Otherwise, 5 stars.

The ads are insane. I had to go through 3 rounds of timed ads just to get through the instructions, played 2 rounds with yet another timed ad, then tried to write a 2-star review through the app which, shockingly had me go through 2 more timed ads just to get to the review page before I uninstalled to write the review here. The "remove ads" package that is available says it's $15 every two weeks. I can't imagine spending $30/month just to remove ads from this silly game.

Good game, scammy premium. The game itself is fun and the daily challenge helps combat the repetitiveness. Unfortunately, the premium version borders on being a scam. The premium is a subscription that removes ads and lets you ask for support. The subscription costs ≈ €15/week. The app offers an auto-renewing free trial that is offered every time you open the app. They ask for a rating every other game but if you give other than five stars, you are directed to send an email instead.
