Really? A timer to recover energy in a single-player offline game? Why did you think this was a fun gameplay 'feature' that players would enjoy? You're either a fool who doesn't know how to make good games, or a greedy mf who wants people to pay you money to bypass your arbitrary gameplay limitation. Either way, f you.
