★★★★★ Fantastic community group app. Makes it easy to sign up for events, receive updates and chat with the group. Support is super responsive too!

★★★★★ I moved my Meetup group to Heylo two months ago and couldn't be happier with the decision. My members are pleased with the less glitchy platform. Communication is smoother and isn't locked behind a paywall like Meetup. Heylo support has been responsive and helpful. They even listen to leader's feedback & suggestions which is such a breath of fresh air compared to Meetup! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a platform for their community activities.

★★☆☆☆ I relocated my Meetup group to Heylo and am now regretting it. The site is so buggy that most of my members do not receive notifications on a regular basis. It's not until I go into the actual website itself that I realize I've missed a lot of notifications. I have already reported this twice to the Heylo support team, but they are unable to detect anything unusual, plus editing or updating saved events does not happen instantaneously. If this doesn't improve then I'm taking my group off here!

★★☆☆☆ Android app could use some work. Notifications don't clear when you click on them, or they bring you to a different chat. Pictures and videos are compressed. Many Android users in my groups can't upload images. Basic features aren't working which takes away the shine of the platform.
