★★★★★ Heylo has been a game changer for the running community I created in 2019. Previously we used WhatsApp and one if the best things we have done is make the switch to Heylo. The app is sometimes glitchy but the helpfulness and responsiveness from the team is amazing, and they bend over backwards to fix what ever is wrong. I absolutely adore Heylo and the team are superb too. Thank you Heylo for everything you do ❤️

★★☆☆☆ Randomly stopped updating the chat for me, and now I have no idea what's going on

★★☆☆☆ Android app could use some work. Notifications don't clear when you click on them, or they bring you to a different chat. Pictures and videos are compressed. Many Android users in my groups can't upload images. Basic features aren't working which takes away the shine of the platform.

★★☆☆☆ I can't join my group because the app crashes every time I click join. I got an error message saying there is a bug... please fix.
