Very disappointing app. Hey Melody is unable to connect with my OnePlus Nord Buds 3R even though the earbuds connect normally through Bluetooth. Because of this useless app, I cannot access important features like firmware updates and sound settings. I tried reconnecting many times, but nothing works. An official app should not have such basic connection problems. Please fix this issue immediately.

It is mandatory to select two options for noise cancellation: 1. Noise cancellation 2. Off noise cancellation 3. Transparency selecting two options will cause background noise we should be able to select a single option

Customisations not great. Single tap, double tap, triple tap: none of these can modify volume! Why ! When listening, it is important to get this functionality. Need to long press for 3 seconds to do this !! 1. volume options should be there in double and triple to 2. Long press: short or long should have all options too
