We moved from another family sharing app to Hey Polo. In the other app over time I got annoyed by the incessant nagging to upgrade to a higher tier. And the UI was a mess with all the clutter. Hey Polo, on the other hand, has much cleaner interface, no bloat and is simply a better value for money.

Very close to a premier family location app. Get rid of the people shade on the main screen it's useless, everyone wants to see all of their members by default. If you select the People button, have it bring up a selector to pick a single member to view. Make single member refresh happen every 1-2 seconds (keep 5 seconds for default "everyone" view, I know real time can tax the servers). Dark mode (dark UI/interface) is something competitors don't have it would be a nice differentiator. Cheers!

Works very well! Nice that me. And my wife can see when the other gets home safely from work or gets to work safely. Eliminates the heading home texts. Really lightweight and just works in the background.

It works well however It's really annoying how its half the screen and not being able to drag them menu down or hide it. The only reason we are still looking at alternatives, so annoying

Released way too early. Having a pretty frontend is not enough. The location is completely not work—how can you change your location in 1 second and end up 5 kilometers away? Unless you teleport. Also, location changes when you zoom in/our????!!! . I thought I'd support a Lithuanian product, but it's a huge disappointment. I wish the Surf shark VPN team works on improvements really hard. How can you charge money for non-working location tracking???

Do not use this service. Location was not accurate, location sharing did not work with connected person, their agreement to refund subscription was not honored, and they stopped replying to me after agreeing to refund my annual subscription.
