This broker frequently fails to respect my stop-loss orders. When I complained, the customer services ask for the evidence, so I give them the evidences screenshot, but they simply claimed it was slippage—calling it a normal occurrence, and it's not a system error. Can you imagine, I set order for stop loss was in 20 pips, but they take in 90 pips, slip 10 pips more it's fine, but 70 pips more it's crazy?

I like this broker when I first register. I like deposit options that have many methods and the minimum deposit is low. The only problem is the process to deposit always get cancelled, and I need to try it several times. Now I uninstall and install back because the app stuck in loading to deposit.
