One of the best thing I love about HFM now is deposit verification. It takes some hours before payment get verified some Years or months back which is somehow frustrating, but now it's very fantastic. Deposit verification takes nothing more than a minute this time around and that's one of the best things HFM has ever done.

This broker frequently fails to respect my stop-loss orders. When I complained, the customer services ask for the evidence, so I give them the evidences screenshot, but they simply claimed it was slippage—calling it a normal occurrence, and it's not a system error. Can you imagine, I set order for stop loss was in 20 pips, but they take in 90 pips, slip 10 pips more it's fine, but 70 pips more it's crazy?

It takes ages to log in. Once you minimize the app to another app, it will automatically log out & it takes forever for the app to open. Use of local banks to deposit take hours too
