I had to get a new phone, and I can't transfer my game progress. Because I have forgotten my password, and I emailed customer support 4 times with no response. I would please like some help with this problem!

I wanted to create a new account, so i binded my main to my email. But when I was making a password, instead of showing the keyboard it filled the password with * at the max number of characters. I thought nothing of it at first, but when I wanted to log back into my account, it asked me what the password was. Now, since the password had been filled automatically with a bunch of * I had no way of knowing what my password was. The game gives no options to recover or delete an account. Frustrating

Fix the game! I loved this game since I very little, but there is an insane amount of glitches. Like how I can't get my awards from the beauty and house contests. I've waited a few days just to discover that I won't be getting anything from reviews. Pretty sure that feature worked just fine in 2024/2025... this is such a shame that this game feels abandoned. Also I can't lie, this is an insane pay to win game. You do not need to spend $100 just for 1000 bones. More games e generous abt currency.

Can't EVEN PLAY THE GAME... FIX THIS. So, ive been playing far before 2019, and there's always been this network bug off and on. It says "you need internet to access" yet I have full bars and good internet every time. FIX THIS PLEASE...the game is falling appart as it is, we don't need our money stolen again due to not being able to get into the game because of YOUR glitches.
