YES!!! Finally somethin that works in ICS (rooted) I'm working overseas, and this app finally got my internet connection up and running after days of trying to find a way to set the APNs correctly in my phone. My phone is from the US, and the SIM I am using is from a middle east provider. I was not rooted originally, and everything worked on the first day until I tried the native tethering program in ICS. This hosed the settings, and I could only make calls. Frustrated, I unlocked the bootloader, loaded a rooted ROM, and went on the hunt. I had to change the MCC and MNC settings on the phone. I tried APN backup, but as soon as I would restore the proper APN settings, they would be overwritten by the system. I've reloaded several ROMs (stock and rooted) over the past few days trying to find the cause. The trick for me was in the DNS test button on the HIAPN app. You have the ability to switch the settings between GSM, CDMA, LTE, etc... Once I set it to GSM auto (PRL) and rebooted the phone, it all came right up. (despite being in global mode this whole time..) ICS developers... please make APN setting available to the users again! PS, F-U for having me waste 4 days of my life to fix it myself!!!

Language For an English speaking market it is generally preferable to program in English so that the market can read it. Most of us don't read Chinese or Japanese or Korean or whatever that language is. :-/
