Put in a raffle almost an entire week in advance and still cheated me out of a decent purchase. It literally says I didn't even enter the raffle?? Like bro what lol can't hit at all still been trying lol

I ordered about four pairs of shoes, and they never showed up for about a month, qe end up calling, and then they tell us they were out of stock.instead of emailing us and letting us know, they decided to not tell us anything about my shoes. Horrible app, Hibbett in general is bad. You need to communicate better. I really wanted those shoes.

The way they have this set up is stupid raffles are dumb you aren't the 1 that a bot but you don't get pick for the shoes you want to get. this is an account that I have thought the app let them know that I'm a human wanting to buy what I want I stop waiting time at this point It's getting worse than I expected to get shoe.
