When I used this app all my contact information disappear off my phone. ??? Then after turning on cloud apps with Google Samsung Verizon Microsoft they reappeared in Excel form I had to manually write out and reenter into my phone. Should be regular file and format, so I can plug in to my contact app. I can even move information around in my files with upload to Google or other online companies. My information should be kept on my phone not in someone I don't know cloud servers
