I have purchased a VIP tournament package but have not received it yet. I have emailed tech support with Purchase Receipt but have no response. Support say has been given, but it has not, and I asked them to check my game inventory, and it will show nothing been given. Be careful with purchases.

This game is becoming stupid, they expect you to play all day and spend a ton of money because that's the only way to progress. It's a shame, I enjoyed playing and was looking forward to each next level, and now I see that I'm going to uninstall it like a lot of people because it doesn't make sense, you really messed things up.
