Worth every penny, and actually does show settings that are embedded in your OS, but can't really be indexed. I use this app multiple times a day, and never have crashes or any problems. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend at least trying it, and see settings that you can't find without tracing or adb etc. Kudos to the developer, and everyone involved. And for everyone saying it doesn't work, that mean your phone doesn't have that capability.

I haven't found anything I did't already have access to. Definitely disappointing. If you just spend a few hours on you phone, going through every possible option you can find, you'll find everything that's in here. Including the items that crash the settings app (about 25%). Don't bother.
