Hidden Words is a free, relaxing word-search puzzle. Hidden words sit inside a grid of letters — just drag your finger across a row, column or diagonal to find each word from the list. Clear every word to finish the level, then move on to bigger, trickier grids.
With four themed packs (Animals, Food, Countries and Movies), hundreds of levels, a fresh Daily Puzzle, Relaxed and Timed modes, a satisfying swipe-to-select highlight and online leaderboards, Hidden Words is perfect for a quick brain break or a long, cosy session. Easy to learn, endlessly replayable.
Key Features
• Smooth drag-to-select — swipe across letters in any of 8 directions.
• Four themed word packs — Animals, Food, Countries and Movies — with hundreds of levels.
• Grids grow from 8×8 up to 12×12; play Relaxed (no timer) or Timed mode.
• A fresh Daily Puzzle every day, with a day-streak to keep going.
• Online leaderboards — compete for the top score.
• Stuck? Use a hint to flash a hidden word's first letter.
• Light and dark themes; satisfying word-found sound effects with a mute toggle.
• Coins, a scoreboard, win streaks, 1–3 star ratings, and fully playable offline.
How to Play
• Drag your finger across the letters to trace a word — rows, columns and diagonals all count.
• Match a word from the list and it locks in with its own colour and is crossed off.
• Find every word to clear the level — or race the clock in Timed and Daily modes.
