I want to back up my old photos please 🙏
★★★★★Frans Albertus Zacharias· Mar 14, 2026
"I've been using Hide Photo & Videos for a month now, and it's a game-changer! The app is super easy to use, and my hidden photos are safe and secure. The password protection is top-notch, and I love the clean interface. My only suggestion would be to add more customization options for the fake app icon. Overall, I'm very happy with this app and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secure photo vault 👍"

Hello, I need your help. I forgot my vault passcode. I tried the "Forgot Passcode" option and entered the correct answer to my security question, but the app still does not accept it. My photos and videos stored in the vault are extremely important to me. I have not uninstalled the app or cleared its data. I am using an Infinix Note 7. Please tell me if there is any official way to recover or reset the passcode without losing my data. Thank you.

It was working fine but for the past 10 months now, if l click on the plus sign to add more photos and videos, then the app will stop. L don't know why they can't update the app or software. L reported this issue to the support team 10 months ago but no response from them. The app is becoming useless now.
