I have to say maybe on phones and tablet the app doesn't work... but on the TV is perfect. I just saw 2 shows non-stop, and I didn't have any complaints no bugs nor delays nor lag it work fine. It needs to update things and make it more friendly when searching shows or movies and for skipping to next episode, and make it easier to see the watch list.

Have been enjoying the service to a great extent, but have realized that the app (on android and console) only has a "recently added" tab and no "updated" tab or something similar. Makes it hard to keep up to date with newly added content and makes me worry that I might miss some great shows because of it. Would've been 5 stars otherwise because the content is good

Optimal viewing video player needs work. Skip to next episode doesn't always sometimes work it's so delayed after the episode is over adding skip intro options would be nice as well

The shows on hi dive are GREAT. My problem is the UI and Menu systems. It looks and feels like it's from the early 2000s. It slows like a malware infested Kiss Anime knockoff. It crashes at random, and it is not clear at all where you left off on a show. When I hit 'continue' on a show I have been watching, it literally just chooses an episode at random even if I haven't got that far yet in the show. Does Hi dive even care that their app is trash? Edit: ALWAYS down for maintenance. Can't watch

Can't track history and continue with a show. Hard to search for good anime. I sometimes rather go watch anime on my pc instead of the app.
