I would give it five stars but every time I watch it on my TV the caption keeps showing up on every episode I am getting sick and tired of turning them off before each episode fix it damn it!

This app used to be garbage. Hi dive definitely put in some effort and fixed a lot of the issues they had, making it an enjoyable experience. They still have some work to do with the app to make it 100%, but they definitely have made strides. Only rating four stars; just because they have a very small niche library of content, hopefully they will grow more while keeping their prices down.

I love the unique selection, BUT you need to sand down the corners of the rough draft. Make autoplay a thing. I just downloaded and finished my first episode on your app and it didn't autoplay the next episode. That needs to change. Im not trying to go to settings about anything let alone autoplay. Love the library tho, there isn't even a next episode button. PLEASE FIX THIS. That next episode button erythang. Only reason im here is because an entire server building burned

App is not very good episodes won't go to next episode, I tried another round of subscription and the app got better slightly, but now they say something is going to come soon, and most shows have been out for a while or the episode won't play. Most things also don't have subtitles when other episodes do. I pity the anime makers who give exclusive rights to this company as most of their content is misrepresented or badly managed. I won't be subbing again.

I don't speak Japanese. I have to have subtitles to be able to watch the fact that they refusing to put subtitles on videos and saying they're charging you a subscription to be able to watch it, I've already canceled my subscription. I want my money back

App only works the US. So I paid a yearly subscription and just watched it while having a VPN on. Now they updated it, so I can't use hi dive while having a VPN on. So I can't use it on the app or website. And then they complain about piracy.

The worst streaming app I've ever used if I didn't dislike pirating anime I would cancel subscription and delete immediately they are lucky I can't watch some of these titles on Crunchyroll
