I love this app though it has flaws, but it has great anime, but my app isn't working atm and IDK why It's just black screen or sorry error occurred or no content available, but it was working fine before so IDK what happened but fix it ASAP pleases update: now working great! Thank you!! ♥️ 😊

As someone who tends to prefer anime that isn't necessarily "trending" or widely popular, I find this service to be a good alternative to Crunchyroll. While I still utilize Crunchyroll, I also appreciate what this service offers. For example, I don't like to Chainsaw Man, Demon Slayer, or Fairy Tail. I believe that popularity doesn't inherently dictate whether one should watch something, even if it's frequently presented. If a series doesn't capture my interest in 5 episodes I drop them.

It's been good but the series I was watching lost english dubbing halfway through the series. I understand this isn't controlled by the app but an auto pause feature would be good, so you can read the subtitles before they go off the screen, or a text to speech dub for when normal dubbing isn't available. I downloaded the app to my tv, but it tends to have trouble playing. It keeps skipping frames.

I love anime but when dub is about to release after sub they disable the subtitles, so you can't even watch until dub is released

Have informed them of a bug they have with the watch lists you make months ago and yet still haven't thier job and fix it, yet they jack the price up I suggest getting Crunchyroll and let them go out of business since they don't seem to invested in their customers at least Crunchyroll starts working on issues when pointed out think when I finish the 2 series I'm watching on it, I'm going to be done with them for good it's ridiculous that they can't fix such a minor issue within 3 months

I've been using hi dive for years in the last couple of months, the subtitles will not pop up on the app on my phone. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, and they just told me to go to my browser, but on my browser, I have to watch it not on full screen in order to see the subtitles, but on the tv it's fine. It's highly inconvenient because I typically watch it on my phone, and I've had no help to fix the problem of getting any subtitles to show.
